Feature-filled home tops sales report at $950,000

A home south of Prairie Green Golf Course topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Jan. 6 at $950,000.
The walkout ranch house was built in 2010 on a half-acre in The Grand Prairie neighborhood. The 4,700-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a fireplace in the master suite, a three-season room, wine cellar and theater room. The backyard patio has an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace.
