If there are interns at your business, here’s a fun after-hours event to help them learn more about Sioux Falls.

The Sioux Falls Development Foundation will host the INTERN Sioux Falls Scavenger Hunt on July 11. From 4 to 6 p.m., the event will start at the Development Foundation’s office, 200 N. Phillips Ave., Suite 101, and continue throughout downtown.

“Interns will be grouped into teams to compete for prizes at local businesses while discovering the hidden gems of downtown Sioux Falls,” said Denise Guzzetta, vice president of talent and workforce development for the Sioux Falls Development Foundation.

“They can bring friends and make new ones while solving clues and exploring the city in a fun way.”

INTERN Sioux Falls launched this year as an engagement platform for collegiate talent ready to connect in the greater Sioux Falls business community.

“We’re immersing interns in exclusive experiences around networking, learning and fun,” Guzzetta said.
