Empire Mall Santa loses everything in house fire
The man better known as Santa Claus at The Empire Mall needs help.
Friday morning, his home in Murdo was destroyed by fire.
Dale Buxcel’s only remaining possessions are those he brought to Sioux Falls, where he’s spent holidays at The Empire Mall for 22 years.
The Murdo Fire Department has set up an account to help Buxcel with the costs of rebuilding and replacing everything when he comes home from Sioux Falls.
