Culver’s on South Minnesota Avenue will be closed for three days next week for remodeling.

“We’re remodeling the dining room space with new booths, wallpaper, carpet, the ceiling and just general remodeling,” said owner/operator Nick Magera.

“On the exterior, we’re painting and staining everything just to clean it up.”

Culver’s will be closed Sunday through Tuesday.

The restaurant opened in 2000 at 2800 S. Minnesota Ave.

“It was refreshed in 2014, and now we’re refreshing again in 2024,” Magera said.

He doesn’t have plans at this point to update the other four locations.

Sioux Falls likely will have another Culver’s by the end of 2025, he said.

“We’re looking to expand here in Sioux Falls to the far west side.”

A site hasn’t been purchased yet.
