Condo units at expanded Cherapa Place nearly fill sales report

Six condominium units in the expansion of Cherapa Place in downtown Sioux Falls topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of March 20.
They ranged in price from just over $1 million to $1.8 million. The units have yet to be finished in The Bancorp Building, which is north of the original Cherapa Place. It’s a 10-story mixed-use building that is primarily office space, with retail planned for the first floor and the condominiums on the ninth and 10th floors.
