Three homes topped the million-dollar mark for  residential sales for the week of Sept. 19.

The No. 1 home in the Prairie Tree neighborhood in south Sioux Falls sold for $1.7 million. The all-brick, two-story walkout home was built in 1991 on a 1-acre lot. With 6,700 square feet, it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The No. 2 home sits on a 1-acre lot along the east edge of Tomar Park and sold for $1.6 million. The 5,000-square-foot home was built in 1952 and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include an in-ground pool and an atrium with a putting green. It sold in March 2021 for $1.7 million.

The third home to top the million-dollar mark is a new house on the east side of Sioux Falls that sold for almost $1.4 million. The 4,100-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a 1-acre lot and has a six-stall garage.
