The most expensive residential sale for the week of Sept. 22 was almost $1.3 million for an acreage north of Hartford.

The 4,100-square-foot ranch house was constructed in 2024 on 10 acres. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include 14-foot ceilings in the great room and master suite and 12-foot ceilings in other rooms. There are concrete patios in the front and back of the house and a 32-by-15-foot outbuilding.

One other sale topped the million-dollar mark.
