Acreage near Harrisburg tops sales report at $1.6M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 23 was almost $1.6 million for an acreage on the edge of Harrisburg.
The two-story house was built in 1973 and has been updated and modernized with an addition. The 5,800-square-foot house has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include three fireplaces, a walk-in pantry, a theater room with tiered seating and laundry rooms on all three levels. The 22-acre property includes an in-ground pool, three outbuildings and a barn with stalls for horses.
Two other houses topped the million-dollar mark.
