Minervas has new pastas on the menu in downtown Sioux Falls timed perfectly for the season of comfort food.
Here’s a taste of two of them:
The ratatouille features linguine, roasted zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper, tomato basil sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Calabrian chile oil.
The crab macaroni and cheese is made with lumache pasta, crab, white cheddar sauce, smoked paprika and Parmesan panko.
