The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 5 was $1.4 million for a house along Prairie Green Golf Course in south Sioux Falls.

The 4,500-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1997 near the 17th hole. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features included a 24-foot ceiling in the great room, three fireplaces, a deck, patio with hot tub and five-car garage.
