After almost a decade in downtown Sioux Falls, JuLiana’s Boutique La Femme is closing.

Owners Julie Haagenson and Lana Olshove plan to close the doors in September for their store inside the Harvester Building at 196 E. Sixth St.

“This was not an easy decision,” they said in a statement.

“But as we look ahead, we’re excited to spend more time with our families and finally start checking off some long-awaited, bucket-list adventures. Your loyalty, support and friendship over the years have meant the world to us! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for being the heart and soul of JuLiana’s Boutique.”

A final date has not been set. Merchandise will start to be marked down this week.
