The most expensive home sale for the week of June 23 was $1.2 million for a house in south Sioux Falls.

The 4,400-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2014 on a half-acre in the Prairie Hills neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a lower-level wet bar and theater area. A hot tub sits on the covered patio, and there’s a pergola-covered seating area in the backyard.
