Cape Cod-style home tops sales report at $1.9 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 9 was $1.9 million for a home on the southern edge of Sioux Falls.
The 7,300-square-foot home with Cape Cod architecture sits on an acre. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a 16-foot ceiling with beams on the open main level and floor-to-ceiling windows. In the lower level, there’s a game room overlooking a movie room, wet bar and custom wine cellar and tasting room. The four-stall garage features a bonus room above.
