A house with an in-ground pool and hot tub in south Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Nov. 18 at almost $1.1 million.

The 5,000-square-foot, two-story home was built in 2004 in the Prairie Vistas Estate neighborhood near 69th Street and Western Avenue. It has five bedrooms and five baths. Other features include a three-season room, a stone fireplace on the patio and two fireplaces inside. The four-stall garage is heated and has an epoxy floor and lots of storage.
