House featured on Parade of Homes tops sales report at $1.3M

The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 6 was $1,286,000 for a house in the exclusive Grand Prairie neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.
The 6,100-square-foot two-story walkout built by Zome’s Construction was one of the featured houses on the Spring Parade of Homes. It features six bedrooms and six baths with a wet bar and theater room in the lower level. It sits on a half-acre in the private community.
