Look inside Parade of Homes featured home — with 3 stories of luxury, entertainment

Sept. 19, 2024

This paid piece is sponsored by the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire Inc.

A custom kitchen, standout office and even a massive sport court are among the highlights of this custom home in northeast Sioux Falls.

It’s one of two featured homes built by Jeren Homes on the Falls Parade of Homes, which concludes Sept. 21-22. The parade is open from 1 to 5 p.m. each day.

The event features almost 50 homes from 30 builders.

In its first weekend, “we had really good flow, lots of people, lots of interest in building and a lot of positivity out there,” said Craig Wynia, project manager with Jeren Homes.

The  five-bedroom house at 5600 E. Markham Circle drew plenty of interest, he said.

Visitors appreciated “the wow factor,” he said. “The tall ceilings, a lot of the detail finishes, they just wanted to sit down, hang out on the couch and relax.”

Take look inside:

All homes on the Parade of Homes are free to tour except for the featured ones. Those have a $5 admission fee, with proceeds supporting the Home Builders Care Foundation.
