Multidisciplinary design firm TSP Inc. has hired mechanical engineer Mike Krsnak. He will be based in the Rapid City office. Krsnak most recently held a project management position with a mechanical contracting design-build firm. He specializes in temperature controls for the operation and optimization of mechanical systems.
Jacob Fleck, an electrical engineer with TSP Inc., has relocated to the firm’s office in Rochester, Minnesota. Fleck worked in the Rapid City office. He joined TSP in 2019 and has worked on a variety of projects across the firm’s Upper Midwest footprint.

DakotAbiliities’ director of nursing, Marty Jolley, has earned her credentials as a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse from the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association. Jolley is now part of an elite group of nurses with extensive experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities providing nursing support in accordance with established standards. Jolley has been with DakotAbilities since 2019.
Heather Craig has joined DakotAbilities as the education and support manager. She will enhance educational and volunteer opportunities within the day services program. Craig has 20 years of teaching experience.

Brad Jankord has joined First Bank & Trust as a business banker. Jankord has 14 years of experience in finance and treasury.
Kingdom Capital Fund

Jessi Copeland
Jessi Copeland has joined Kingdom Capital Fund as operations coordinator. She has served as a teacher in inner-city Detroit and as the program coordinator for the school’s holistic ministry. After moving back to Sioux Falls, she worked as an after-school mentorship program director and English as a second language teacher. She most recently worked at Central Church as the preschool director before taking over crisis care, housing aid and benevolent outreach as the director for community development.

Susanne Huizing is the director. Since 2023, she has led the Academic Resource Center and the center’s work to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Huizing’s expertise is backed by advanced degrees in educational leadership, curriculum design and methods of teaching and learning.
Kally Jorgensen is an adviser and the student engagement coordinator. She leads intramurals, student government and student activities on campus.
Megan Rothenberger serves as an adviser, the well-being coordinator and co-adviser for student government.
