After two decades as one of the area’s most sought-after retail centers, The Bridges at 57th is looking toward its next generation of tenants.

The in-demand property at 57th Street and Western Avenue in south Sioux Falls has rare availability in multiple floor plans.

New tenants already are seeing success. Grand Nails & Spa, which opened this spring, has seen significant support from customers, Kaufhold said.

“Their sales have been off the charts!” she said. “Their high-end salon design has really catered to the surrounding affluent neighborhoods.”

And it’s not just the locals: Last year, almost 1 million people visited The Bridges.

“After two decades, this continues to be a popular shopping and dining destination for customers and a sought-after home for tenants,” Kaufhold said. “We’re excited to offer opportunities for new businesses to join us.”
