The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 8 was $2.5 million for a home along Bakker Crossing Golf Course.

The 6,000-square-foot home was built in 2015 in the Arthur Estates neighborhood and sits along the seventh fairway on the golf course south of Sioux Falls. It sold for $1.2 million in January 2021 and was extensively remodeled in 2022. It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include a theater and game room, wet bar, golf simulator, wine cellar, sauna and fitness center. The backyard has a new in-ground pool, sport court, putting green and outdoor kitchen.
