3 homes top million-dollar mark for weekly sales

Three homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Oct. 17.
The No. 1 home east of Pasley Park sold for $1.8 million. The home was built in 2000 and sits on 5 acres. With 6,700 square feet, it has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include an in-ground pool, outdoor shower and playhouse in the woods. A three-season porch includes a hot tub.
The No. 2 home, which sold for almost $1.5 million, sits on 5.6 acres in a rural development south of Lake Alvin. The 4,800-square-foot home was built in 2014 and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a 2,700-square-foot insulated outbuilding and an outdoor fireplace. The lower level of the home includes a storm shelter.
The third home to top the million-dollar mark is a twin home on the south side of Sioux Falls that sold for almost $1.2 million. The 4,800-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits along a greenway.
