9-acre estate overlooking city sells for $2.9M

The most expensive home sale for the week of July 10 was $2.9 million for a 9-acre estate in southern Sioux Falls with a two-story brick manor, a caretaker’s house, greenhouse and an in-ground swimming pool.
The 10,000-square-foot house was built in 1925 and has six bedrooms, five fireplaces and 10 garage stalls.
