6-bedroom home tops sales report at $860,000

The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 18 was $860,000 for a home south of Prairie Creek Golf Course.

The 5,600-square-foot home was built in 2007 in The Grand Prairie neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a wine cellar, theater room and a waterfall in the backyard.
