Allure Health ends operations; building listed for sale

April 9, 2024

Allure Health has ended its clinic operation, and the building has gone on the market for sale.

Allure Health opened at 7000 S. Lyncrest Place in mid-2022. It included a relocation of Storm Clinic in addition to an IV business, fitness center and bar.

Nothing within the space currently is operational. On April 5, the clinic founded by Dr. Jeremy Storm stopped seeing patients.

“We appreciate your trust in us and the care we have provided,” Storm said in a message on the clinic’s website. “It has been a tremendous seven years.  If you are a patient needing ongoing care, please contact your primary care provider, surgeons or specialists. There are many primary care and infectious disease doctors in the state, including with Sanford, Avera and Monument Health.”

Patients needing medical records or prescription refills can call 605-271-5441, and email will be monitored at [email protected].

The building is listed for sale at $5.5 million. Individual spaces aren’t available for lease at this point.

“It’s a super impressive-looking property and has a very impressive grand entrance,” said Mike Knudson of Van Buskirk Cos., who has the building listed. “It’s a really unique opportunity for the right buyer. It’s a building that’s virtually brand-new.”

Interest has been a mix of medical, office and other general commercial tenants, he said.

“The inside was built out for how Allure Health operated, but it could be retrofitted for a variety of users,” Knudson said. “People love the area and the demographics and being on high-profile Minnesota Avenue.”
