At $1 million, a renovated home in south Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Aug. 12.

The 4,800-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 1987 in the Tomar Hills neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
