Contractor’s home tops sales report at $885,000

The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 20 was $885,000 for a house in the exclusive Grand Prairie neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.
The 5,700-square-foot house on one-half acre has five bedrooms and five baths. It features a three-tiered theater room and two covered porches. There’s a bonus room above the oversized three-stall garage and core-floor storage below. It was built in 2015 by Zome’s Construction and has served as the contractor’s personal home.
