The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 27 was $950,000 for a home near 69th Street and Western Avenue.
The 4,300-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2004. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a walk-in pantry, sunroom with a heated floor and a screened-in patio. The lower-level family room offers a full wet bar and a stone fireplace.
The No. 2 sale was the Kennedy Mansion in Canton for $949,500. It’s a 1917 Colonial Revival that features original woodwork and windows. It has six bedrooms and three bathrooms.
