The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 23 was $660,000 for a home in northwest Brandon.

The 3,300-square-foot ranch walkout home was built in 2015. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and features two fireplaces, a covered deck and a  stone fire pit.
