New east-side home tops sales report at $708,500

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Sept. 20 was $708,500 for a new home in the Mystic Creek neighborhood on the eastern edge of Sioux Falls.
The 3,900-square-foot ranch walkout was built by MJ DeRocher Construction. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
