A two-story home in south Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Sept. 25.

The top sale was nearly $1.5 million for the 4,700-square-foot home that was built in 2020. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The backyard features an in-ground pool.

Three other homes topped the million-dollar mark.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are for Sioux Falls unless noted.
