A ranch home on a cul-de-sac in south Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 9.

The top sale was nearly $1.4 million for the 4,000-square-foot home that was built in 2003. The 1/2-acre property is in the Prairie Vista Estates development. The home with a walkout lower level has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include views of mature trees and a seasonal creek from the backyard, which has extensive landscaping.
