Three acreages topped the million-dollar mark for the most expensive residential sales for the week of June 6.

The No. 1 sale was $1,250,000 for a ranch-style home on 6 acres just southwest of Harrisburg that was custom-built in 2004. It has 4,600 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The owner’s suite has a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The property includes a heated shop building and a pond in the front yard. The backyard features a 1,200-square-foot brick patio. It also topped the weekly sales report a year ago at $1.1 million.

The No. 2 home at $1.2 million sits on 10 acres 1 mile east of Lennox. The 3,100-square-foot home was built in 2002 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The site includes an outbuilding. The property appeared on the top 10 list earlier this year, selling for $760,000 in March.

The No. 3 home is on a cul-de-sac in a rural development east of Spring Creek Golf Course. The 4,500-square-foot home sold for $1,140,000. It was built in 2000 on 1.75 acres and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
