Downtown chefs are unleashing their creativity for a week of dishes that you have until April 9 to taste.
Downtown Restaurant Week starts today and includes 10 participating restaurants, each with at least one new menu item offered only for the next week.
For instance, at Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen, you’ll find curry bison tacos.
At Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen, it’s an elaborate three-course meal with seafood-stuffed chayote as an appetizer, stewed duck as the entree and pecan praline beignets for dessert.
