Sioux Falls-based Woods, Fuller, Shultz and Smith PC has opened a law office in Minnesota.

It’s located in Worthington and led by Jesse Flynn, who has practiced in the community since graduating from law school in 2006.

Flynn’s expertise is in the area of real estate, business law and title insurance. He also serves as the city attorney for Worthington and examiner of titles for Nobles County.

“Having Woods Fuller in Worthington will be a great asset to the community and surrounding areas,” he said in a statement. “I am excited to join the firm and to provide greater resources to our clients.”

Flynn, a native of Worthington, received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in 2002 and graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2006.

“We are excited to welcome Jesse Flynn and his clients to Woods Fuller,” managing partner David Kroon said. “We look forward to this expansion and what it means for everyone.”

Woods Fuller is based in Sioux Falls with offices in Brookings, as well as Sheldon and Sioux Center, Iowa. The firm has more than 40 attorneys, including several licensed to practice in Minnesota.

“We are proud of our culture of collaboration, and we are proud to offer legal services with the same integrity and dedication that launched our firm 135 years ago,” Kroon said. “Jesse Flynn shares those values, and we look forward to serving Worthington and southwest Minnesota.”
