A west-side coffee shop is closing.

Dunn Brothers Coffee will close after three years at the end of the business day on Nov. 2.

The franchise location is at 8220 W. 12th St.

“It’s been an absolute joy serving you,” the business said in a statement.

“As we prepare to close this chapter, please know that we’ll carry the memories and connections we’ve made in our hearts. We’re so grateful for every visit, conversation and cup of coffee shared along the way.”

The location will be getting new owners, with a plan to open in the spring of 2026. A use hasn’t been announced.

The east-side Dunn Brothers Coffee, which has different franchise owners, remains open.
