Web design, development firm named among Inc. Best Workplaces

Sioux Falls-based Blend Interactive has been named to a list of best workplaces by Inc. magazine.
The web strategy, design and development firm was among 591 companies selected nationwide and was the only South Dakota company included in the annual list.
Honorees are chosen based on an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, collecting staff opinions on management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, organization benefits and overall company culture.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces,” Blend CEO Karla Santi said in a statement. “This award demonstrates that we are on the right track towards our goal of being known as the best in the industry by 2030.”
Blend was founded in 2005 and specializes in complex web and content projects.
“Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim,” Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk said. “Proving to the world that you’re a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement.”
