The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 17 was $855,000 for a home in the Mystic Creek neighborhood on the east side of  Sioux Falls.

The 3,200-square-foot home was built in 2022. The two-story home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include 20-foot ceilings, a stone fireplace and a private deck for the primary suite that overlooks a pond.
