Two homes top million-dollar mark in weekly report

Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of June 7.

The most expensive home sold for $1,100,000. It’s a ranch-style home on 6 acres just southwest of Harrisburg that was custom-built in 2004. It has 4,600 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property includes a heated shop building.

The other home, which is in The Grand Prairie development, sold for $1,050,000. The 6,600-square-foot, two-story brick home was built in 2008 and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
