The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 9 was $1.2 million for a twin home along a greenway in south Sioux Falls.
The 4,600-square-foot twin home was built in 2017 in the Grand Arbor Village neighborhood near 85th Street and Western Avenue. The ranch walkout has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a primary suite with two walk-in closets and two bathrooms. The house has two fireplaces, a walk-in pantry, four-car heated garage and a screened-in deck with an outdoor kitchen.
