Thankfully, I was born here!

What keeps you in Sioux Falls?

The people and the community. South Dakota is, hands down, the best place to live.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Helping families navigate complex issues and building a relationship as their trusted partner for their family’s wealth journey.

How did you get connected to your industry?

After I graduated law school, my parents’ neighbor invited me to interview with her office, and the rest is history.

Passionate, nimble and forward-thinking.

What is something someone might be surprised to learn about you?

I golf barefoot. It all started on a golf trip when I forgot my golf shoes and shot one of the best rounds of my life.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?

I serve on the board of directors for Make-A-Wish South Dakota & Montana and am blessed to be part of an organization the strives to grant a life-changing wish for critically ill children.

What’s one business you’d like to see in Sioux Falls that isn’t here now?

Definitely Holsteins. It has a great atmosphere and awesome food.

If you had $1 million to start a business, what kind of business would it be?

 If I were being practical, I would start a business that generates passive income like drop shipping or scaling an ATM business. If I were to do something wild and fun, I would open a dive bar that plays great music and serves four to five menu items that knock your socks off.
