GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness is offering those affected by this week’s severe weather, along with the volunteers helping clean up, a chance for a quick break Saturday.

The golf and fitness organization is hosting a block party at GreatLIFE Suburban Lanes, 2621 S. Spring Ave. from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There will be free bowling and golf simulators, free hot dogs and root beer floats, bouncy houses and outdoor games. The new mascot for the United States Bowling Congress will make an appearance too.

“Whether you’re a GreatLIFE member or not, we want to invite you to our party to help you relax and enjoy yourself for a few hours,” GreatLIFE said on Facebook.

“Please help us spread the word! We know many families and individuals have unfortunately been affected this week by the weather, and this is our way of helping out.”

Suburban Lanes recently finished an extensive renovation.
