Six women have been honored with annual Women in Excellence awards from Sales & Marketing Executives Inc. of Sioux Falls.

They are:

• Excellence in Marketing: Carrie Biondi, Sanford Health Foundation.
• Excellence in Sales: Dawn Van Nieuwenhuyzen, Plains Commerce Bank.
• Entrepreneurial Excellence: Laurie Karlson, Lauriebelles.
• Supporting Excellence: Cindy Weber, Sanford Health.
• Excellence in Public Service: Harriet Yocum, Madison Investments.
• Excellence in Leadership: Darla Van Rosendale, Dow Rummel Village.

The winners were chosen from a field of 84 nominees.
