S.D. Hall of Fame announces Class of 2022

Ten South Dakota leaders will be inducted into the South Dakota Hall of Fame later this year.

The Class of 2022 was selected for professional achievements in fields including politics, business, education and medicine.

The inductees are:

  • Randell Beck, professional.
  • Dennis Daugaard, political.
  • Paul Gnirk, business.
  • Charles Hart, medical.
  • Shantel Krebs, political.
  • Grace Martin Highley, professional.
  • Tad Perry, education.
  • Ronald Reed, education.
  • Mark Shlanta, business.
  • Beverly Stabber Warne, medical.

The Class of 2022 will be honored Sept. 9 and 10 in Chamberlain/Oacoma and join more than 700 South Dakotans enshrined in the Hall of Fame. To read more about the inductees, click here.

The Hall of Fame’s mission is to “Champion a Culture of Excellence” and is built upon the recognition, celebration and preservation of the stories of South Dakotans instrumental in establishing that culture.
