Look’s Marketplace and Look’s Beer Co. are throwing a Maibock Day party from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday on the patio. The event – Look’s first on the patio even though it opened last summer because of the pandemic – kicks off with a blessing of the beer, Hey Hey Maibock. Head brewer Chad McKinney said maibock “traditionally is a lager, but I don’t do lagers. I do ales that drink like a lager.” Pints will be available for $3, and house-made bockwurst will be served for $3.

If you’ve been missing Bone Daddy’s Smokehouse since it closed its restaurant spaces in Harrisburg and Canton, you’ll want to be in Harrisburg for lunch Sunday. Randy and Vanessa Ragatz will be serving ribs, burnt ends, wings, pulled pork, jalapeno coleslaw and chips from noon to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of On the Rocks, 108 E. Willow St.

Fazoli’s has added traditional and boneless wings to the menu. Order as little as five or as many as 40. They’re deep fried and tossed in one of seven sauces: buffalo in mild, medium or hot, parmesan garlic, Asian chili and sweet or hot honey barbecue. Orders come with bleu cheese or ranch for dipping.

A market on North Phillips Avenue has added made-to-order sandwiches to its offerings. The Root Cellar offers a variety of options for $7, with chips and a fountain soda for $1 more. Sandwiches are available from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The Midway Cafe carnival food stand in Hartford has pushed out its opening to noon Wednesday. This week was too chilly, owner Rose Zeig said. The Breaks Coffee Roasting Co. has sourced a water-soluble CBD oil as an optional addition for its drinks. The shop is touting the product from Iconic Remedies for its quicker effectiveness and increased bioavailability, which means less CBD is needed to produce results. The carrier oil for the CBD also doesn’t affect the taste of the drink, according to the downtown coffee shop. Get 5 milligrams for $3 or twice as much for $5.

Fernson Brewing Co. has released its Pink Boots Society brew. The women on the team decided to make a hard seltzer similar to the brewery’s Skip Day line but with grapefruit and thai basil. They used the special blend of hops chosen for the annual Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day, which is held at breweries across the country. Pink Boots Skip Day is available on tap at Fernson Downtown while it lasts.

The Bonus Round Downtown is serving a green beer that’s naturally green and not some green-dye version of Coors Light for St. Patrick’s Day. Maui Wowie Jungo Joose is a guava, pineapple, strawberry and sea salt sour out of The Brewing Projekt in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Get a 12-ounce drink for $7.50.
