Other breakfast additions are the Ranchero Omelette and Fruit Parfait, and the Swine & Shine Burrito, which is available all day. A.M. Fries, which are available all day, have been tweaked to include corn and black bean salsa along with cheddar, smoked gouda, country sausage gravy and a sunny-side egg. For lunch and dinner, new options include a chicken burger made with chicken strips, applewood bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and dill pickle aioli. There’s also the Southwest Salad and Diner Dog. Meatloaf has made a comeback.
