Dec. 30, 2021

Severance Brewing Co. is teaming up with its new neighbor, Mary’s Mountain Cookies, for a beer and cookie pairing. From 2 to 3 p.m. Jan. 9, enjoy a curated flight and cookie pairing featuring Emo Eighth Notes, Ambidextrous Hitchhiker, Monster Cookie Oatmeal Stout and the new Severing Ties Series: Shweaty Shins, an Imperial winter warmer. And don’t worry, the cookies won’t be Mary’s usual 5-ounce beasts. The bakery is making up 2-ounce versions. The beers are 6.5 ounces. Tickets are limited and can be reserved now.

Flyboy Donuts has added cinnamon rolls to its lineup. Get a single one for $3.25 or a pan of nine in a warm-and-serve pan with frosting on the side for $23.

The latest Bill of Fare at both locations of The Attic Bar & Grill offers a new option in almost every category. There are Italian nachos, a hot pastrami sandwich, salmon bearnaise, a bison burger, balsamic chicken and a grilled New York strip. For dessert, the restaurant turned to The Cake Lady for a bourbon apple spice layered cheesecake. The menu will be available into February.
