Residents are moving into downtown’s Cascade. Here’s your look inside.

The Cascade’s first residents have moved in, and the building itself now has limited apartment space available in its first building.

Businesses also have been leasing up the first floor, with only a few spaces left. The next step will be finishing a second building of apartments and opening the courtyard, featuring an outdoor pool, dog park and other amenities.

The developer, Lloyd Cos., compares it to a staycation in Sioux Falls, and after a tour of the finished downtown Cascade across from Falls Park, it’s apparent why.
