A property with a guest house in a northeast Sioux Falls neighborhood that sold for almost $2.7 million topped the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Nov. 6.

The main 3,700-square-foot home was built in 2021 on a 1-acre lot in the Canterbury Heights addition. It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include three fireplaces, including one in the master suite, a butler’s pantry and a covered patio with a retractable screen. The 1,600-square-foot guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The No. 2 home in south Sioux Falls that was built in 2003 sold for $1.9 million. The two-story home has 4,400 square feet, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Two other sales topped the million-dollar mark.
