Sioux Falls’ newest community for active adults 55 and over is under construction, and homes are available for reservation starting Wednesday, March 16.

Courtyards at Golden Gateway is an Epcon community being developed and built by Kelly Construction Inc. off of Veterans Parkway and Madison Street.
