Northwest Sioux Falls has its second Starbucks.

The coffee shop opened earlier this month in a new retail center on Marion Road, south of Jefferson High School.

It has two seating areas inside and a patio that will double the space for customers once the weather warms up. There’s also a drive-thru.

In addition to the drive-thru, conveniences for mobile ordering include a couple of designated parking spots and a pickup spot on the counter inside.

Starbucks is on the south end of the retail center, which was developed by Cresten Capital Holdings and will include another location in Sioux Falls for Anytime Fitness. That’s expected to open in August.

The retail center has about 4,000 square feet left to lease that could hold one or two tenants, according to Lloyd Cos.

Hours for Starbucks at 1403 N. Marion Road are 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the weekend.

The first Starbucks in northwest Sioux Falls opened late last year near the Walmart at Marion and 60th Street North.
