The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 13 was $850,000 for a new house on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 3,600-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2025 by Kelly Construction in the Mystic Heights at Foss Fields neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. A three-season porch features a fireplace.
